Problem Tracking and Escalation

If you are experiencing a network glitch or hardware failure, a member of our Help Desk staff will initiate a trouble ticket and report it to our second-level support team. If you have internet access at your office, you may also fill out a trouble ticket and each ticket will be promptly responded to in the order they are received. Your Help Desk representative will monitor each ticket until the problem is resolved, keeping you posted at every step. We use a sophisticated alarms management tool, gives single-point visibility and control of all monitored systems. Critical data displayed instantly on-screen identifies trouble areas and faulty equipment. Problems can often be corrected remotely, avoiding costly site visits. When on-site service is required, technicians arrive with exactly the information they need to take immediate corrective action.
